Gambling should stay entertainment. If it stops being fun, this page covers the warning signs, the limits you can set on your account, and the people who can help — for free, in confidence, in your language. NEP9 is for adults only and we take problem gambling seriously.
You Must Be 18 or Older
NEP9 only accepts adult players. Every account goes through Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity verification before withdrawals are released. If you are under 18, please leave this site immediately and consider talking to someone you trust.
Six Warning Signs to Notice Early
Problem gambling rarely starts dramatic. It builds in small habits that feel manageable until they aren't. If two or more of these describe you in the last month, it's worth pausing and getting an outside perspective.
You spend more time playing than planned. Sessions stretch from minutes into hours without you noticing.
You bet more than you can afford. Money meant for rent, food, or family is going to the wallet instead.
You chase losses. After a bad session you immediately deposit again to "win it back."
You hide gambling from family. Browser history is cleared, statements get deleted, conversations get steered away.
Sleep, mood, or work suffers. Anxiety after losses, irritability, missed shifts, exhausted mornings.
You borrow money to gamble. Loans from friends, family, credit, or worse to cover deposits.
Tools You Can Set on Your Own NEP9 Account
Every NEP9 account ships with limit tools. You don't need permission to use them — open Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and they apply immediately, even mid-session.
Deposit Limit
Cap how much money can land in your wallet per day, week, or month. Lowering takes effect now; raising waits 24 hours.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum total loss per period. Once hit, the platform blocks further bets until the period resets.
Session Timer
A live counter shows how long you've been logged in. Optional reminders nudge you every 30 / 60 / 90 minutes.
Self-Exclusion
Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Exclusions cannot be reversed mid-period.
Where to Get Free, Confidential Support
These organisations are independent of NEP9 and any operator. Their advice is free, confidential, and available 24/7 in many languages. You do not need to be in crisis to reach out — early conversations are easier than late ones.

If Something Feels Wrong, Take a Break
Self-exclusion is not a failure — it is the smartest move when gambling stops being entertainment. You can re-enable your account after the period ends if your situation has changed. Until then, your data and balance are safely held.
